Help us pack it neatly.
We're a small team building HelpBento (the all-in-one support platform for any team) out in the open. Four tools teams usually duct-tape together, packed into one neat box.
The way we like to build.
Remote-first
Work from wherever you think best. We run on written clarity and async trust, not hours logged or seats warmed.
Own a whole compartment
HelpBento packs four tools teams usually buy separately into one neat box. We're small enough that you'd own a whole compartment, whether that's the docs, the AI agent, the inbox, or the developer surface, end to end, not a sliver of someone's spec.
Build in the open
We're in private beta and we ship in public. We talk to the people using HelpBento every week, change our minds out loud, and let the roadmap follow real problems instead of a deck.
Build for builders
We build support for every team, and that includes developers, so we use our own tools daily: docs-as-code, a real REST API, an MCP server. We build the things we'd want pointed at our own terminal.
No open roles, yet.
We're heads-down on the beta
No formal openings while we're shipping the private beta. But we always want to meet people who care about support, docs, and developer tools. Tell us what you'd want to build. We read every note and we'll reach out when there's a seat at the table.
Not job hunting? Come kick the tires.
The best way to get to know us is to use what we're building. Join the private beta and help shape where HelpBento goes next.
