Docs your customers actually find.
A fast help center with semantic search, a block-based editor, and your brand on your own domain. It is also what your AI agent learns from, so you write once and answer everywhere.
Everything you need to get started with Cedarloop.
Everything you need to get started with Cedarloop.
Customers don’t search with your words.
They type “how do i get my money back” when your article is called “Refunds & cancellations.” Semantic search matches on meaning, so typos, synonyms and vague questions still land on the right doc.
Writing docs shouldn’t feel like work.
A block-based editor that gets out of the way. Type / for callouts, code blocks, images and step lists, then preview exactly what customers will see before you publish.
Setting up single sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on lets your team log in to Cedarloop with the credentials they already use for Google Workspace, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID. Once it’s connected, new members join instantly and you manage access from one place.
You’ll need admin access to both Cedarloop and your identity provider to finish setup. New sign-ins switch to SSO immediately; existing sessions stay active until they expire.
Connect your identity provider
- In Settings → Security, click Add identity provider and pick your provider from the list.
- Copy the ACS URL and Entity ID from Cedarloop into your provider’s SAML application.
- Paste the sign-in URL and X.509 certificate back into Cedarloop, then click Verify connection.
Your brand, your domain. Not ours.
Put your help center on help.yoursaas.com with automatic SSL, your logo, your colors, and no “powered by” badge. Customers should never feel like they left your product.
Write once. It feeds everything.
